Paul McGrady graduated from SNU with a Master of Arts in Eduation in 1991 and has served as Athletic Business Manager and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach.  He began the Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field program at SNU and served as head coach. In 1999, he was named the first football coach at SNU leading the program to six consecutive winning seasons.  McGrady has served as Associate Director for the past thirteen years as well as a professor in Sports Management for over 20 years.  Paul was also a key figure in SNU's transition from NAIA TO NCAA Division 2 in 2011. McGrady helped found the Native American Partnership at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene and later began a non-profit foundation named after his father Paul J. McGrady Sr.  The foundation focuses on serving and supporting compassionate ministries that feed and help provide for the poor, homeless and those with addictions.  In four years of existence the foundation has gifted $50,000 to churches and Christian organizations in support of its mission statement.  "As the young son of a BNC Professor in 1962, I came to understand the special mission of making Christ like disciples at SNU. Over fifty years later, I still have a huge belief and support for the mission of making Christ like disciples at SNU.  I have been extremely blessed to serve over 33 years at SNU and my wife Dana and I are very proud that our two children Chris Ann and Garrett are SNU graduates."
